‌PVC S-1300 is a polyvinyl chloride resin produced by Qilu Petrochemical, with a variety of specifications and uses‌. Its basic properties include apparent density, volume resistivity, thermal stability, etc. The specific parameters are as follows:

Apparent density: the best grade is 0.42-0.52g/ml, and the first grade and pass grade are 0.42-0.52g/ml‌.

‌Volume resistivity‌: Excellent, first and qualified are ≥1×1012Ω.cm‌.

Thermal stability: All high-level, first-level and qualified are qualified.

‌Residual VCM‌: Excellent grade≤5ppm, first grade and pass grade≤10ppm‌.

‌Impurities‌: 50 high-grade pills/100g, 100 first-grade pills/100g, 100 qualified pills/100g.

‌Plasticizer absorption‌: Excellent grade≥27%, first grade and pass≥27%.

‌Volubilities‌: Excellent grade  0.3%, first grade and pass   .

‌Particle size distribution: The high-grade pore is greater than 350μm sieve pores ≤0.14%, the first-grade pores ≤0.1%, and the qualified ≤0.1%.

‌specific viscosity‌: the best grade is 0.411-0.433, and the first grade and pass are 0.411-0.433‌.

‌Fish Eye‌: Excellent grade‌50 pieces/100cm², first grade and qualified grade‌50 pieces/100cm²‌.

‌Average Polymerization: Excellent grade 1250-1350, both first grade and qualified grade are 1250-1350‌.

USE

PVC S-1300 is mainly used for the following purposes:

Extruded grade: suitable for wire and cable sheathing.

Calendering grade: suitable for soft films, thin plates, artificial leather, etc.
